The Home Inspection Process

We believe walking the client through the home along side an inspector. This is an integral part of the home inspection process.

By providing a basic understanding of the homes construction, system operations, potential issues, plumbing, roofing, air quality/mold, etc. allows the client to asses the home in a knowledgable “hands on” manor.

By doing so, the client is educated, first hand, on exactly what potential issues that their new home may have. Buying a new home is the biggest investment you can make, so let’s make sure you know what your buying.
